The Administration Department of Rita Henn & Partners is dedicated to the provision of support services to our treating therapists, by creating an environment in which they can focus on patient treatment and care.

Our therapists are relieved of the duties of billing, credit control, filing, stock control, medical aid negotiations, tax and accounting requirements, patient bookings and scheduling through the support of this efficient office. The office comprises a credit control department, a billings department, a medical receptionist, an office manager and a financial manager.

We currently work on a fee for service structure, supported by the case management of Netcare Rehabilitation Hospital. Our clientele include Medical Aid patients, Private patients (both foreign and local) Workman’s Compensation claimants and Road Accident Fund clients with an undertaking.
